Terms of Service

Fourthsight is an informational and analytics product. We publish AI-generated probability estimates and written analysis for upcoming professional sporting events. The Service is not a sportsbook, betting exchange, bookmaker, gaming operator, or licensed gambling provider. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds for betting, settle bets, or facilitate transactions with sportsbooks. We are not affiliated with any sportsbook or gaming operator and earn no affiliate revenue from them.

Our predictions are opinions and probability estimates, not guarantees. No outcome is certain. Sports results are inherently uncertain and any decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Plans. The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid monthly subscription plans listed on our pricing page. Current paid plans are Third Eye ($9.99 CAD per month) and Fourthsight ($14.99 CAD per month). Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

Recurring billing. Paid plans renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription, charged to the payment method on file via Stripe, until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge that payment method on each renewal.

Cancellation. You may cancel any time from the Billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain paid access until then.

Refunds. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices on 30 days' notice by email. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds.

You agree not to:

• resell, republish, or redistribute our predictions or analysis as your own product;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-export content from the Service in a way that bypasses access controls or exceeds reasonable rate limits;
• share account credentials, or use the Service from more devices than your plan permits;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our model weights, prompts, or internal infrastructure;
• upload malware, run penetration tests without our written permission, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• use the Service in connection with any unlawful activity, including unlicensed gambling operations.

You retain ownership of any follow lists, notes, notification preferences, or other content you create in the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the Service for you.

The Service, including the AI predictions, written analysis, calibration data, UI, code, and branding, is owned by Fourthsight and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own non-commercial information purposes during your subscription. All other rights are reserved.

Content on Fourthsight is for general information only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, betting advice, tax advice, or legal advice. You should not treat any prediction as a recommendation to place a bet, make an investment, or take any other financial action. If you choose to gamble, do so through a licensed operator in a jurisdiction where it is legal for you to do so, and gamble responsibly.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that data displayed (scores, schedules, lineups) will be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourthsight and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or losses related to wagers placed with third-party sportsbooks. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fourthsight from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the integrity of the Service. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers and posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
